Hello,

My name is Ricardo Sampaio (SBB Admin: e-mail redacted. Reason: public forum).

Today, I was booking a train from Bad Griesbach (Schwarzw) To Moudon, Sunday 1. 1. 2023. 10:12 train.

The payment was made but ticket didn’t come. The credit card company paid, it says that SBB homepage is out of time.

Could you please send me ticket or refund me?

I recommend to call our contact center +41 51 225 78 00 in order to check whether the purchase went through, or if it has only been a payment attempt and the monney will be released within the next few days.
