How can I solve a DTR-001 error message when trying to connect my credit card?

I can not connect my UBS credit or debit card or get a monthly invoice on my phone app. Both give me errors.

Hello Angela16

All errors with DTR mean [datatrans] The partner to the Payment card processing. The Error message can be displayed at the Ticket purchase or when recording the Payment. We cannot determine the reason why your credit card was declined.
If you received notice that your credit card was declined you must call your credit card company directly.
