Hi I purchased a Swiss Travel pass for myself and the family. We plan to travel from Zurich to Grindelwald. Do we still have to purchase a train ticket and make a seat reservation from Zurich to Grindelwald? Please advise. Thanks much.

No, the STP is good to travel as far as Grindelwald, same as far as to Wengen; see the validity map.

If you want to take the mountain railway or gondolas, you will need additional tickets.
