I would like to refund a digital train ticket reference No. UCLYFV from Paris to Basel on Jan/24/2023.
However, I see your refund policy is as following:

It seems I need to apply refund at Swiss SBB train station. But I am still in Paris so how can I get refund at Swiss SBB train stations? Can I get refund at Paris Gare De Lyon station before departure?

Yes, I bought a digital train ticket from Paris to Basel on SBB website. But SBB request me to refund at Swiss SBB train station but I am in Paris, not able to do it at any SBB station in Swiss.

As you wrote it above, you can request the refund of your ticket by telephone. If the number mentionned does not work, please try +41 51 225 78 00. You have to submit your refund request before the departure of the train booked.
