Hello. I purchased my 6 day travel pass on SBB online and when I opened the email I clicked the PDF line first, and the option to load to my Apple Wallet was no longer available in the email. I really would rather keep our passes on my iPhone in Apple Wallet instead of keeping up with paper! Is there a way to change over to Apple Wallet?

Thank you for your query.

This is only possible if the ticket was purchased with the SBB Mobile app. Only tickets purchased via the webshop cannot be subsequently saved in the Wallet.
