Tickets that you bought as a guest on SBB.ch or on the SBB Mobile App are not visible in your customer account after registration.
As a guest you will also receive an order confirmation by mail, because you have bought a ticket for Switzerland on SBB.ch or in the app SBB Mobile / SBB Preview. This is required by law so that you have proof of the purchase.
