I am sending you an email because I wonder why I can’t get a refund when I think it falls under this condition

I also sent you proof of purchasing the same section in the previous email

I have sent out several applications for a refund, but I have not received an accurate answer
I can’t sleep because of this

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you through this platform. Whether or not a ticket is refunded is the sole decision of SBB.

What kind of tickets would you like to refund? Perhaps we can explain why a refund is not possible.

I bought the train in the same section in duplicate because I was confused about how to buy it. I know about the mistake later
