These tickets are part of an international ticket package. Whether the Swiss leg is cancellable and refundable, goes beyond my knowledge. Perhaps @LeaG can tell us.
What concerns changes of international tickets, such requests can only be handled by phone (+41 51 225 78 56, available 24/7, waiting times may occur), or at the station’s ticket office.
