Online process to switch Seven25 from monthly to Yearly subscription

Hi,

I have tried Seven25 on monthly subscription for two months. Now, I want to switch to yearly subscription. Is there an elegant way to do the change online or I am obliged to let my monthly subscription expire and buy a new yearly subscription? I have received a reminder mail to pay next month’s subscription with a link for payment.

Hello Nehal

You can exchange the subscription during validity by purchasing the yearly subscription at a staffed SBB counter or by phone on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min.). In this case you’ll receive the non used part reimbursed. Otherwise you have to wait until the subscription is expired to buy the yearly one.
