Dear community,
for the last 4 days, I have been trying to reach Customer service without success. The issue is that I bought a promotional 1-month GA 1st class ticket that expired yesterday (30.08.). Now I’m trying to buy full GA for the next year, but I’m on a trip outside of CH and will be back on Sunday (03.09.). Is there a jeopardy that I will lose the discount (CHF 225) that I am entitled to due to promotion because there will be a 3-day gap between the old and new card? Once again I’m asking this just because I can not reach anyone in Customer service for days. Thank you in advance.
