I have read that i should check-in before i get on the train, but how?

Is it right, that after online check-in I only have one boarding card for the plane and it is also my train ticket?

Will my train ticket be checked on the train or before i get on the train? Since i only have experience in Germany, if during the whole journey i do not meet anyone who check my ticket, will i have problem in the airport that they say i have not taken the train?

Do i need to go to the check in apartment to print my boarding card or I just give my baggage and use the electrical boarding card?

I can assure you that your boarding pass is also your train ticket. Ticket inspectors on the train will be able to scan your airline boarding pass. There is no need to validate the ticket before getting on the train. All you need for the train travel is your boarding pass and your passport.

Having worked at Zurich Aiport for many years, I can tell you that, unlikely with flights, the airline does not care about the fact if you have taken the train or not. The train travel is simply a transfer to the airport, and not considered a flight. This exactly for the reason because not all air traveler tickets will ever be checked by a ticket inspector.
