Short transfer time

Our ticket from interlaken ost to the Netherlands via Basel has 12 min transfer time in Basel. We have some suitcases and one person with a difficulty to walk fast. Think we are a bit short in transfer time. Want an earlier train to Basel. Can we take that another IC with our ticket or should we take regional trains?

If you have got a standard ticket (yet, not a saver ticket), you are welcome to take an earlier train to have suffient time to make the connection.

Thanks for the quick reply. We have an international ticket from interlaken to the netherlands so I don’t think that’s a saver ticket.
