Transfer 4 day pass to passenger

Hi,

I recently purchased 2 4-day pass (half price) pass for myself and my travel partner. How do I sent her ticket to her so that it is on her phone. Currently both tickets are on my sbb app.

Also, when I purchased the tickets, I did not log in hence I bought the tickets as ‘guest’. Is there any way I can link it to my sbb account?

There are two options:
You either show both of your passes on your phone. This requires that you travel together all the time.
When you bought your travel pass, you should have received a confirmation e-mail. In that confirmation e-mail, there is a link to display your ticket. She could even save it as PDF on her phone.

Note,

screenshots of the QR code are not accepted; it has to be possible to inspect the entire ticket at any time.
you cannot link a ticket that you bought as guest to your account. Therefore, I recommend creating an account before buying tickets; by doing so, one can view the tickets either in the web account or on SBB Mobile.
