Refund and cancellation of Swiss Travel Pass (4 days consecutive). starting 1st November 2022.
I have booked swiss travel pass for 2 members through Happy rail and unfortunately due to loss of passport i have a cancel the trip. So i would like to know how to apply for a refund of swiss travel pass.
I had login into Happyrail, but it is only showing my booking tickets, but no option for cancellation. Also the helpline is closed on weekends. Can anyone help me with a cancellation procedure?
I have only one day left with me for canceling the pass.
