We tried to buy travel pass for 4 days for me, my wife and my daughter (7 years old) from sbb by selecting family card option. However There is no selection for family card order during purchasing travel pass. When added my child as other passanger, she is charged half of the price. In the sbb web site, it is written that we should select family card option when purchasing whereas there is no such an option. We bouhgt our ticket not adding our child as passanger but there is no other option adding our child as passanger afterwards. So we refunded our tickets. Please help how to get our tickets having family card.
ın other sites such as klook and switzerlandtravelcentre, İt is enough to enter the passangers’ İnfo and get familycard directly, but not possible in sbb as far as i see
