Hi, by mistake I bought a 1st class ticket with the EasyRide and would like to switch it for a 2nd class ticket. Unfortunately I already travelled, so I don’t see the option of doing it.

What I would like is to disable the option 1st class because I DON’T WANT TO USE IT. So most probably by swiping to buy the ticket I accidentally selected 1st class. Looking at the design of the form I would suspect that was done on purpose so that other clients accidentally buy the 1st class.

So, this is my complaint and request.

You cannot change the ticket after its use as there is no proof that you did not travel in 1st class. It would only work if you had a confirmation from the ticket inspector that you have travelled in 2nd class.

The class selection is close to the check-in button for one purpose only: convenience. I myself do work as a ticket inspector and so far I have not met a passenger who has accicentially activated first class.
