Hi, by mistake I bought a 1st class ticket with the EasyRide and would like to switch it for a 2nd class ticket. Unfortunately I already travelled, so I don’t see the option of doing it.
What I would like is to disable the option 1st class because I DON’T WANT TO USE IT. So most probably by swiping to buy the ticket I accidentally selected 1st class. Looking at the design of the form I would suspect that was done on purpose so that other clients accidentally buy the 1st class.
So, this is my complaint and request.
