Can I exchange a 2nd class ticket for a first class ticket

I purchased tickets from Spiez to Venezia, I had intended to purchase first class, I unfortunately booked 2nd class. Is there a way to make the change to a first class option

For a change or refund of a international ticket you have to call us on the following number 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min) or if you are from abroad +41 51 225 78 56.

You can do it also at a counter. We don’t have a class change option your ticket has to be refunded and then you can purchase it another time, if you have bought a saver option we can’t refund it.
