Yesterday, I bought two tickets to Interlaken Ost from Basel as a non-member at around 7:30 a.m. Swiss time
The buyer’s name was written as Kim Ji U, and the e-mail address to receive the ticket was written as ‘(Redacted by SBB Admin. Reason: personal data)’.
The credit card was charged only once (not twice), and the ticket was not sent by mail.
In general, I understand that if the ticket purchase is not completed, the amount charged within hours will be refunded..

If the ticket has not been purchased, can I get a refund on the charged money?
