I am a GA user and have to commute long every week between Fribourg and Muttenz. There have been several incidences where the train I took changed its track and I ended somewhere and spent 4 hours reaching home. As a GA user, I am extremely upset with the inefficiency for the train between Fribourg and Muttenz because the information is unreliable sometimes. I hope that SBB will do something as I am considering stopping the GA.
