Swiss half fare card not getting applied

Hello, I bought a swiss half fare card and I added to my sbb account.But when I go to purchase saver day pass that is for a date over a month from now, the regular price of 49 CHF is not reduced. and I made sure when putting in the passenger to add the half fare card for checkout. And I can see it before checkout that it is being applied But the price stays the same when it should get reduced to around 29 CHF?

Hello Hawraa

You can change the reduction under «My Settings» and «Travelers» or in the step «Ticket Option». Please click on «Edit travelers». The reduced price is not automatically calculated even if the SwissPass is registered in the app SBB Mobile.

Please note that the price of the saver day ticket is constantly changing. It depends on how many day tickets have already been purchased for that day. The starting price of 29 francs is only available for a very short time.
