luggage timeframe calculator error

Hi,

I have browsed through your webpages on SBB about the luggage station-to-station option, and input my From station ( Zurich Flughafen (SBB luggage counter)- assume that is Zurich airport) and my To Station Visp, I constantly get this same error message (even if i change dates):

It is not possible to register your luggage on the day you requested. It will not be possible until: Registration in Zürich Flughafen (SBB luggage counter) on Friday, 20.01.2023 by 19:00, ready for pick-up at Visp on Sunday, 22.01.2023 from 09:00 as luggage with CHF12.00 per luggage item.

Please let me know if I can use this service when I go to Zürich Flughafen or not.

If yes, once we registration luggage in Zürich Flughafen, when can we pick-up on Visp

In your request, you mention «It is not possible to register your luggage on the day you requested". What day do you want to send your luggage?
I tested several dates, it always worked, i never received an ‘error’ message.

If I check the sending of the luggage from Zurich Airport (SBB luggage counter) to Visp, I will have information about the pick-up possibilities in Visp. Please note the opening hours of the SBB counters.

To transport your luggage from station to station, you must go to a serviced SBB station. This order is not possible online.

Hi Roland,

We will use luggage station-to-station two times.

1. Send the luggage from Zürich Flughafen (SBB luggage counter) to Visp on 1/21 8:00 AM.

2. Send the luggage from Visp to Zürich Oerlikon on 1/24 evening.
