I am an international student who have been benefitting from the youth Half fare since 2020. My visa, together with my studies, will end this coming January 2023, but my half fare will end in the middle of 2023 (if I renew it for 1 year). On late October 2022, my half-fare will be renewed for 1 year. Is it possible to proceed with the renewal and request a refund for the period after January 2023 (when I have left Switzerland indefinitely because my visa expires)?
