Payment issue. I paid for two E-tickets and didn’t receive one. Payment has gone through

Hi,
I ordered two tickets for 4-day pass for half fare travelcard on the 28th of September 2022 (Taipei time)
I just only got one e-ticket on the SBB website. (Same condition on my SBB APP)
The other one E-ticket doesn’t show on my account.
However, the payment has gone through

Because this is a discounted ticket, there is no way to refund or cancel the ticket.
The travel date of my ticket is from 2022.10.29-11.1.
At first, I thought I was only buying one ticket, and my credit card swipe notification SMS only notified one swipe message
But you charged twice.
Please help me cancel these duplicate charges.
I cannot call the SBB Contact Center from overseas because it costs too much.
Or is there any other way to contact you online?
