recepit with order number

i bought tickets before i registered SBB

of course i cannot find any info of my trip when i sign in.

is there a way that i can get receipt with order number or with infos on tickets?

i have tickets but i also need receipt form.

Tickets you buy with login can be viewed in the user account.

If you buy tickets without login, you will receive the receipt only by mail.

For further questions about your tickets please contact the Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).

To request refund, calling the center that you mentioned is the only way?

If it is an international ticket, a refund is only possible by phone
