As a tourist, can I get a SwissPass Card? As I need the card to purchase some discounted tickets, e.g. SwissPass Offer Jungfraujoch ticket at CHF79.

Thanks for your request

A postal address in Switzerland is required in order to send the red SwissPass card. This is not an option for a short stay in Switzerland.
There are special offers for Toruists. See here. These are available as e-tickets and no physical card is needed. You also get a discount with these tickets/subscriptions.

The login on swisspass.ch can also be created without a card.

Look at the Swiss Half Fare Card, which is for tourists and offers the same reductions as the Half Fare Card for residents.
