Hi there, I am looking for the ticket from Zermatt to Milano Centrale in early November. However, I found the journey included a bus trip which is in early October no need this bus trip. Is it due to maintenance work?

Yes, this is due to construction work, see below the communication by the Matterhorn Gotthard railways, and: [Info] Visp-Täsch: line closure from 16 OCT to 8 NOV 2023 due to construction work
