Swiss Travel Pass Activation

Hi there. I purchases a swiss travel pass for 4 days today, Sept 24. But I wish it to be activated on my first travel day which is on oct 7. But I got the email saying that the validity period starts from Sept 24 to Sept 28.

Can anyone advice please

Hi Fatimah,

I have similar issue, bought the Swiss Travel Pass yesterday and it was activated right away. But my travel date is next month.

How can I contact the staff by email?

I cannot make phone call from overseas since it will be really expensive.
