Swiss travel pass

Hi,

I purchased 4x swiss travel passes for a 4 day. I paid the full amount of 281 francs per ticket. I purchased the tickets on the 14th September 2022. I see that there is a promotion running starting 19th October 2022 for a 4 day swiss travel pass for 199 francs. We are traveling 5th - 8th October 2022. Is there any way to get that special price?

The special price is not shown on the SBB website so I did not know about it otherwise I would have waited until 19th September to purchase the tickets.

This promotion is not offered by SBB therefore it does not appear on our website. You can refund the already purchased Swiss Travel Pass according to the tariff before the validity. You can find the information about the tariff on the tickets themselves.
