Super saver ticket refund

I bought a super saver day ticket but then I realized that swiss pass after 19 September 2022 would be discounted 30%

And I would be traveling to Swiss on 21st September

So I want to purchase swiss pass for whole my trip in Switzerland and want refund for my tickets or if it can be exchanged for swiss pass. I would bear the additional cost

What should I do as my ticket costs me CHF 52 and that would be a great loss to me because I have to purchase swiss pass anyhow.

If you already bought the Swiss Travel Pass please ask for a refund of the super saver day pass at the Swiss Federal Railways on number:

+41 848 44 66 88 or if this number doesn‘t work then call this number: [+41 51 225 78 00](tel:+41 51 225 78 00)

Please prepare the order number of the super saver day pass and also of the Swiss Travel Pass.

PS: Call there after 10pm because then there are not so long queue on telephone.

Yes. I called them and they cancelled the super saver ticket. They deducted 10CHF as cancellation free and refunded rest of the amount back to my account.
