Is it possible to change my reserved seat on same train to be next to a friend?

I have booked two separate tickets on the same train for me and a friend (I have halb tax and her not). The reserved seating was determined for us by the ticketing system (bought online), so the seats are not next to each other. Is it possible to have one of the seats moved to be next to the other so we can still sit together? This is a long distance trip going to Germany from Zuerich. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting on hold to ask the customer help people and no one is answering me.

A change of seats is not possible with an existing ticket. Depending on the type of ticket, different exchange and refund conditions must be observed.
