Cant find ticket on Activate your pass.com

Successfully purchased ticket on SBB.CH I see the ticket in my orders for a Swiss travel 15 day flex pass. I found the reference number in the purchase receipt, but when i go to “Active your pass.com” and enter the reference number my name and date of birth and clicked search it says No ticket Found.

Please make sure that you enter the reference number in the same formatting as on your PDF ticket.

If the registration does not work, you can show the QR code at the control on the train.
