Vladxp I have the same exact issue and I do have the country of residence specified in my profile. Same error message is shown when I try to purchase an 8-day pass.
jonasmuscat Vladxp When you’re about to buy it, you need to insert country of residence a second time. Just click on the date of birth and it will show you a menu where you can select your country of residence
dmartino I am also trying to buy the 6 day travel pass for 5 people and the payment is rejected (I know there is no problem with the credit card). The only time I can select the country of residence is when adding travellers, there is no other option during the purchase process to re enter the country of residence.
