Regarding SBB half-fare card

Hello all,

I have a half-fare travelcard valid until 05.10.2022 (cancelation date: 05.09.2022). Recently, my employer added a free half-fare travelcard for me which is valid from 25.08.2022 for 1 year. So should I cancel my existing half-fare travelcard before it renews again for the next year? I am asking this because I have received an invoice for paying the same.

As you already have a valid half fare travelcard from your employer valid since 25.08.2022 we can cancel your private contract. You can contact us using the online form swisspass.ch to request the cancellation.
