Today I received an email “ The SBB Lost and Found Service has found your lost property.” When I lost it and filed a claim, I requested that the item could be delivered to Lucerne. However, I returned to the USA after 10 days.
I tried to call SBB Contact Center 0848 44 66 88 from USA, but it didn’t get connected. How could I ask SBB to ship the found item to the USA? I updated the delivery method today but I am not sure if it’s enough. I don’t know how to pay them. Is there any email available?
