In order for us to find out, why the ID Check does not work, please send us the following information using this FORM. (Important: this is a public platform, please do not share any of these details here!)
- Transaction number (8-digit letter combination in the format ABC-DEFGH; is included in the URL):
- Detailed error message, if possible with a print screen:
- Time of occurrence:
- Which clicks were made:
- Operating system version (e.g. Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.11):
- Browser version (e.g. Internet Explorer 11):
If you are in need of a quick identity check, you can also do this at the public transport counter. This requires a recent portrait photo and a valid ID.
