Yesterday we had an international ticket from Milan Giribaldi - Amsterdam. The trip was devided into two tickets, Milano Giribaldi - Chiasso & Chiasso - Amsterdam. Unfortunately, the arrival station of our holiday (Milan C) differed from the departure station (Milan Giribaldi). So we stood at Milan C.
We could have made the transit to our international train on Chiasso, so we took the train from Milan C. - Chiasso. Due to delay, we missed the transit on Chiasso. In Swiss, our international ticket Chiasso - Amsterdam was not valid so we had to pay for a ticket Chiasso -Basel SBB. Is this ticket refundable due to delay issues and missing transit?
