Using Swiss Pass on my iPhone

I purchased two Swiss Passes (for my wife and myself) on the swisspass.ch website. I was able to download the passes and save them to my iPhone wallet. How do i use the passes when boarding a train? Do i need to make reservations in advance? Also, can I somehow load the Swiss Pass into the SBB app?

What did you buy exactly? A GA travel card of a half fare card, or normal tickets? If you bought a travelcard you have the possibility to show your pass via de SBB Mobile App. For do that you need a swisspass login.

Hi Giorgia,

I purchased “Swiss Travel Pass Flex 15 days.” I purchased two adult passes. I am happy to call, but I have been unable to connect using the number you provided. I am in the USA. Is there a number I can try from here? I was able to download my passes to the Apple Wallet, but I cannot load them in the SBB app. When I go to “My SwissPass” in the app and click “Add SwissPass card,” I am prompted for a Customer Number, which I don’t believe I have.

You cannot add the Swiss Travel Pass Flex to the SBB Mobile app. The SwissPass card is a different product that includes Swiss subscriptions. So I ask you to show the Swiss Travel Pass as a PDF with the QR code or as you described in the Wallet App. If you have any questions, you can contact this number from abroad: +41 51 225 78 00.
