Yester day (Aug 10th 2022 about AM 10:43) I made a reservation from Luzern to Interken-ost. It starts at about 8 o’clock and two 1st class tickets. But this booking page was gone when I charged the amount CHF116 with my card. But I received from a credit card company CHF116 is paid.
But I did not receive any receipt or train ticket even though I wrote my e-mail address jefflee@marktech.co.kr. In this case, how can I trace my booking and receive the ticket?
