seven25 EC fast train Chiasso-Zurich

Hi all!

I have just ordered my first swisspass with the seven25 and i am currently waiting for the plastic card.

on the 20th i will take a train until chiasso from milan and then, if i have understood it correctly, i can catch the EC train chiasso-zurich (the fast one without stops) for free, right? my question concerns the reservation of a seat, do i need it or no? and in case, how can i reserve just the seat, without paying the ticket?

Thank you for your request.

With the Seven25 ticket, you can also take the EC train between Chiasso and Zurich. Reservations are not required for this trip, it is however recommended.
Nevertheless, if you are already coming from Milan with the same Eurocity, the reservation is obligatory.

You can buy it at your station before departure.
