Postal time to deliver Swiss Pass to the UK

Hello, first post!

How long will it take approximately to post a new Swiss Pass to an address in the UK?

And would I be eligible for a free replacement if it gets lost in transit?

Thank you for your request.

It takes at least 15 working days to send the card to the UK. The card must first be produced, which also takes about 1 week more. If the SwissPass has not arrived after two months, it will be replaced free of charge but sent to a Swiss railway station, or you will have to pick it up yourself.
