Hi, Regarding Case:(SBB admin: PI deleted. Reason: SBB Community is a public forum), I was told on 19th July that a SBB gift card would be sent to me in 14days. It has been more than a month and I still haven’t received it. I am not able to respond to the case as it says: “ You have responded to a closed request (dito)”.

Is there any update regarding the shipment to my delivery address? Is there any tracking possibility of the shipment? Could you confirm at what date the gift card was shipped?
