As a tourist I purchased an SBB Swiss Travel Pass Day 3 Day Flex. How do I view my tickets on the app?

Under the ‘Tickets & SwissPass’ tile, you will see your Swiss Travel Pass. Important: if you purchased your Swiss Travel Pass without a login or via another vendor, it cannot be displayed in the SBB Mobile app.

I am from the USA and purchased my 3 Day Flex tickets logging into the SBB website. The app requires a customer # in order to view tickets, which I was never given. No tickets show up under that tile and the link you provided does not work. I hope you can help me quickly as I am flying to Switzerland in less than a day!
