Hello!

1) I am planning to travel from Tirano to St. Moritz, is Swiss travel pass available for this road?
2) When I will travel from Tirano I would like to seat on Panorama Express, but for the next trips I am okay with 2nd class. Is it available to buy STP this way? Or I can only buy 1st class or 2nd class for all 3 days? If it so can i buy 2nd class and then somehow upgrade my seat for 1st class at my trip from Tirano to St.Moritz?

Taking the Bernina railway is a great choice! From my point of view, it is a beautiful, scenic, and diverse train line. When staying in Tirano, you should try Pizzoccheri, a buckwheat pasta dish with cheese and vegetables.

To answer your question:

1) Yes, the Bernina line is included with the Swiss Travel Pass. See the validity map here:

2) You can buy a 2nd class Swiss Travel Pass (STP). If you wish, you can buy, in addition, a point-to-point class upgrade for the Bernina Panorama Express from Tirano to St. Moritz. Holding the Swss Travel Pass, the class upgrade is available at half fare, in other terms, it will cost CHF 12.00 per person with an STP. Oh thank you very much, I am really happy that upgrading for one route is available. How can I buy it?

And also I have one more question, when I will buy Swiss travel pass should I somehow reserve places for the routes or I can just show my STP right before the departure at station?

I suggest using the SBB Mobile app, it is the easiest way to buy tickets. There, you can enter a connection, then, the class upgrade is offered among other “Additional offers” (tickets), see screenshot below.

No, on normal routes (except most mountain railways), the STP is your ticket. There is no need to buy additional tickets, you can simply get on/off trains, buses, trams, etc at your leisure. Swiss public transport (again, except for some PE trains) uses a free seating system, seat reservations are not required. For mountain railways, your STP often grants a reduction of 50%.
