Hey!

You send me a free 125-anniversary companion travel card since I’m a GA holder. Is this card going to be sent to every GA holder?

I ask because I received one, but my wife, who is also a GA holder, hasn’t received any.

I’m really grateful for the present!!! These cards are really useful when family or friends are coming to visit so we can organize a trip together.

The companion travel card is sent to AG customers who have given permission for postal contact in their marketing preferences. If you have further questions, please contact our SBB counters.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Can you tell me where do you need to have those settings? On the SBB site or where?

This setting needs to be made on www.sbb.ch. Select “My account” and go to “Notifications”. There you can make the setting to “Personalised offers”.
