Visa Forex Travel (prepaid) card payment issues

I’m not able to use a Visa Forex travel card (prepaid) on SBB website or mobile app to make purchases. The bank does not get payment requests & they are not declining any transactions. What could be the issue?

Thank you for your request.

I think it is not possible to register a Forex travel card in the application or online.

The payment possibilities are:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- American Express Switzerland
- Diners Club
- TWINT
- Apple Pay

I was assuming it would work since the travel card is in Visa network.

Hello NicolasK,

I was able to add my VISA forex card before. Recently I have received a new VISA forex card as a replacement to the old one. But since new card has a 3D security feature, I am not able to add this card as a payment method in my SBB acount. Could you please help with it?
