My luggage was left without my companion on EC317 from Chiasso to Milano, it was originally simple situation but turned out to become insolvable because both SBB staff and Trenitalia didn’t provide any help, and kept declared each other as the only agency I can ask for help. After days of waiting, I realized the mainly responsible one is SBB, since I lost my thing at Chiasso station, besides this inccident happened due to the train canceled and delayed and departed without notice to passengers. I stated this fact via mail to SBB contact center, and they don’t reply.
Here I leave an authentic experience about how SBB deal with passenger’s loss due to their railway problem, especially on a crossborder train, they won’t help.
