My half fare card was renewed last year in September when I was out of the country. I asked them to cancel it but they didn’t. Later on in March I found that an invoice was raised and it had gone to a debt collector. I returned to Switzerland and resolved the issue by paying all the dues before a pursuit case could be filed. It said that my half fare card would be valid till 4 September 2022. But then in April I found out it has been blocked. I have been following up with SBB ever since but no response from your end.
I am going on multiple day trips for work this month and in August, starting on 29 July. Please could you unblock my card before my trips on 29 July?
