Do they check the birthdays on a ticket

I purchased 4 supersaver tickets and did not realize the one guests birthday is wrong. I don’t know how this happened but I was having trouble with the website. What should I do? Do they really check the birthday? This was an honest mistake and we want to travel on that date and time…There is no good way to contact SBB being international.

It is very important to have the correct date of birth on your tickets. I recomment you to purchase a new ticket with the correct data and than ask a refund using this form.
