Today I bought a trial half-fare ticket at Genève Cornavin for 33 CHF. However, I did not receive a voucher for deduction which can be used when I want to renew a real Half-fare ticket. Is it normal? If not, could you advise how I can deduct the 33 CHF for renewal?
