I bought a Saver Day Pass ticket for 25th August, few days ago.

I know I cannot get a refund.

But…

If I buy a 3-day Swiss Travel Pass Card,
Is it possible to refund the August 25th Saver Day Pass ticket

I should pay fee to refund.

No, this is unfortunately not possible.

Saver Day Passes are not exchangeable at all.

In the past, I was in believe that an exchange in favour of a Swiss Travel Pass is possible. I have learnt, however, it is not.
